What Money Penny can and cannot tell you
She will answer your questions and work the numbers through with you — payments, taxes, insurance, what each kind of loan needs. What she cannot tell you is the rate you personally will get, or that you are approved. Nobody can know that until your credit is actually looked at, and those decisions sit with a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
